Baby S is finally here!

Who knew that 15 hours after posting to the blog that there was still no baby, E decided to come into our lives! Guess she heard all the fuss and wanted to see for herself what it was all about.

My water broke at 2am, we were at the hospital before 3am. Got an epidural at about 4:50am. Waited and waited until about 6:30pm before the real pushing started. E came at 9:28pm.

We stayed at the hospital until Monday and were off to be on our own. Here are some pics.

Baby S is still in the Belly!

Today is the official due date but still no baby. I had a doctors appointment this morning and I'm not dilated but she is getting lower. I also had a stress test and everything is fine so she's just too comfortable in the belly to want to come out. The doctor also scheduled an induction date. So between now and the 18th, she will be here. Stay tuned.

Belly keeps getting bigger!

Only a few more weeks! The doctor says she won't be more than a 8 lb baby, phew! J has pulled the stroller and car seat out, finally. He's also put the car seat base in the car. The room is pretty much done, just need to put the sheets in the crib. We still need to pack the hospital bag, so if you have any suggestions, let me know. Baby S can't wait to get out because she is moving around a lot!!!!

Shower #4 - the last one, phew!!

Yay the last one. I am tired of making and writing thank you notes! This one was at work with my co-worker. We had really yummy cake, which I ended up eating for days cause there was a lot left over. I received a travel swing, a fuzzy blanket, some receiving blankets and a piggy bib!
