Cousin H comes for a visit!

Here I am with my Cousin H. He and his parents, J&N, came to visit for a weekend. Uncle J wanted to see if he could beat Mommy on Mario Kart in person.

Mommy thinks H is a cutie ... it would be too weird and probably illegal for me to say that. :)

Here I am in the pack n play, wondering what in the world are attached to my wrists?! I still haven't figured out how to grab things yet unless they are placed in my tightly fisted hands.

Food Coma

I'm a little piggie. I love to eat. I weigh 13lbs!! That's almost as much as my cousin H who is 16lbs and he's 4 months older! After I eat I always look like this..it takes a lot of energy to eat so much.

Here's a first, Mommy winning at a video game! 3rd place finisher Uncle Jo was NOT a happy camper!! We were playing Mario Kart Wii over the internet.

The Hawkeyes played today in the Outback bowl and won! Mommy & Daddy want me to be a Hawkeye, but we'll see.

Please don't make me go to Nebraska!!

Happy New Year!

To celebrate New Years, we just chilled at home. Mommy and Daddy had a lobster dinner while I had my bottle.

I think I had a little too much. I was out before it hit midnight.

First Family Outing.

We went to Target!! I started out awake, but by the time we got there, I was asleep and slept through the rest of the trip.

Duck & Pig, Round 2

Mommy found these while she was in Michigan. The duck is for her best friend C. They had tried this before with another duck and pig, but they didn't survive. Hopefuly these two will make it. They are starting out at my house for now, but will go to work with them in February.

I love being held! Even more so by males because it happens rarely. That's why I'm intently checking C out, what is all that fuzz on his face? C is Mommy's best friend's hubby and he's a pro with babies, he has 4 kids. I can't to have a playdate with them.

My visit to Mommy's work.

Today I went to Mommy's work and met some of the people she works with. I was a very good girl except for when I decided to drop a huge smelly poop while a group of people were checking me out in my stroller. Mommy was not impressed but everyone else was! Here I am being held by some of Mommy's co-workers. Mommy's boss held me too but she forgot to take a picture!!

Mommy and Daddy went to Mommy's work holiday party. It was their first outing without me. I stayed at home with Why-poi.

Aunt K & Uncle B are here to help and to see me, of course.

While Daddy went off to sunny California, I spent time with Aunt K & Uncle B. They took care of me in the morning so that Mom could get a nap after I kept her up all night.

Here I go on my first outing. We went to Mommy's favorite place, IKEA!! I slept through the whole trip, but I'm sure it'll be my favorite place too.
