Purple food anyone?

Rachel Ray makes her food look good all the time. Here I go trying out another one of her recipes for Venetian Mac & Cheese, sounds good but does it taste good? It sure doesn't look appetizing. The recipe called for radicchio but they didn't look so good at the store that day so I decided to use purple cabbage. Who knew that it would turn EVERYTHING purple. Even though it wasn't the prettiest picture it sure was yummy!
