What's up with the duck and pig?

Back in the day, when we were 16, there was this cartoon called Tiny Toons. My best friend C loved Plucky the duck and his pal was Hamton the pig. So that's when the pig infatuation started and has been going strong since. BTW, I still sleep with Hampy. He's so cute and cuddly. :D

Hamton's role in the series is as a straight man, with his personality dominated by tendencies toward being bookish and obsessively neat. However, when Hamton's patience is pushed too far, he is known for angry fits that surprises the human source of his frustration. His schemes often failed because his ego got in the way or because a guilty conscience got the better of him (as was the case when he attempted to cheat on a test and subsequently went insane as he brooded over the morality of his actions). Babs once aptly described him as "the silly green duck with an ego the size of Cleveland."
